These terms apply to services provided by Cullen Plumbing & Heating, 7 Nile Street, Kirkcaldy, Fife, and to use of this website.
Quotes
Quotes are free and no-obligation. Prices listed on this website are starting prices; your written quote confirms the final price for the agreed work. If unexpected work is found, we will discuss it with you before going ahead.
Bookings & access
Please provide safe access to the work area at the agreed time. Let us know as early as possible if you need to rearrange.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed on your quote or invoice.
Warranties
New boiler installations come with a manufacturer warranty of up to 10 years, subject to the manufacturer's terms, which usually include registration and annual servicing.
Safety
All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer (no. 977988). If an appliance is found to be unsafe, we are required to follow Gas Safe procedures, which may include disconnecting it.
Liability
We hold £2 million public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
